The location is fantastic. You'll be enjoying the stay for sure. The food is delicious and the young chefs are very polite and full of joy. The breakfast buffet is good. The road to reach the hotel is steep and if you don't have a problem with that you'll truly enjoy the stay.

The place is located right in the middle of tea farms and behind a tea factory. The receptionist is good at his work. He is caring and helping. The hotel team is minimalist so you won't find a lot of people from the hotel. View is spectacular. Everywhere you look, you find greenery and if there is clear sky, you can see layers of peaks of western ghats.
Washrooms are a little old but clean. They provide basic amenities like kettle, glasses, water bottle, shampoo, soap, moisturizer cupboard tv, fan.
